“Dr. Lama Al-Khoury completed her medical degree and residency at the American University of Beirut in Beirut, Lebanon. She went on to complete her fellowship at the University of California, San Diego, CA. She is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Lama Al-Khoury specializes in the treatment of headaches and cerebrovascular disease and is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care. She has experience evaluating patients in her stroke and headache clinic and serving as an attending physician on the inpatient stroke service. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Heart Association, the American Headache Society, the International Headache Society, and the American Medical Association. She practices at the UCR Health Multispecialty Center and is also affiliated with Riverside Community Hospital. Dr. Lama Al-Khoury speaks both Arabic and English.”
