I had a lower blepharoplasty done by Dr. Fechner 4 weeks ago and my results already look amazing and natural. Dr. Fechner and his staff are super friendly and responsive. I was nervous the day of surgery, but Ana the OR nurse was super comforting. I would highly recommend Dr. Fechner and his amazing team.

Wow! I was referred to Dr. Fechner by another Plastic Surgeon for the CO2 treatment to take care of my lines around my mouth. The day before the treatment Dr. Fechner personally called me to see if I was ready. WOW! A very caring doctor.. During my procedure his staff were also very caring- ensuring I was comfortable. After the procedure Dr. Fechner called me to see how I was. Dr. Fechner was so caring and knowledgeable and my procedure went off without a hitch!

From my initial consultation to now, 4 weeks post op, everyone in the office has been really friendly, kind, informative, and comforting. I was very nervous about surgery, but I had a great and comfortable experience here. I love the staff here and I'm so happy with my results. Dr. Fechner is very meticulous and intentional with his work, I’m more than satisfied!
