Office staff were very welcoming and helpful._ esp since I was a touch late since I got lost driving to their office. offered information on what payment would be needed at the end of visit. Very thorough in obtaining information to treat my concerns... possible ingrown toenail. multiple views of foot x-rays done right in office. Dr. Bartholomew was very clear on what he saw and the best option to treat it. Did ask what I wanted to do. We went ahead with having the ingrown toenail taken care of at that appointment. Dr Bartholomew took care to administer the medication injections with minimal pain. The process of trimming and removing the part of nail causing the issue, was truly painless. Dr. Bartholomew gave clean post procedure directions and the staff provided the instructions in writing. Although I did not have any proper footwear to drive home..foot did not fit into sneaker... a foot covering was provided by staff. the option to purchase the post procedure items was available but not necessary through their office.

Fabulous! Consuelo at the front desk is a charmer (and I heard her on the phone with a patient, she was wonderful in the phone too), Alexis, Dr. B’s assistant and of course Dr Bartholomew. Dr. Bartholomew is Young and Smart and Helpful and answers all your questions. I enjoyed every minute of the experience. Friendly, warm, lovely staff; the office is clean and easy to find.

Saw Dr Patrick Bartholomew for my first ever visit to a podiatrist at age 76. It was a same day appointment. Minor surgery on my big toe was fast, efficient, convenient and totally painless. The encounter could not have gone better. I see that Dr Bartholomew has exclusively 5-star reviews and I now understand why. Look no farther: It does not get any better than this.
