My experience with this company has been great. They have excellent service. I have used this company to construct and install a patio cover as well as a weekly pool service. Gene is my service tech and has been doing a great job. I would recommend this company and would use them again for other patio needs.

They are vary knowledgeable and helpful. The water test is vary hi tech and free. They tell you only what you need and not try to sell you something else. And they have been in business longer than 10yr.

An excellent organization! Professional and friendly staff. A special shout out to Ken. He keeps our pool in perfect condition.

I have been using Cox Pool Service for many years. I have been very happy with their service and their technicians. My current technician is Juan and he does a great job cleaning, as well as being very timely in communication if i have any questions, and coming at a time that works for my schedule. I highly recommend this company.

Cox has been a great pool service. Juan our pool tech has always done an excellent job at cleaning our pool and communicating issues or problems he finds. 10/10 would recommend.

Highly recommend New Image Pools. Our 24 year old pool was in need of refinishing. After a few trips to the showroom and lots of research, we chose a Prizm Matrix material and it’s beautiful. Every person involved was attentive, knowledgeable and caring. We felt well taken care of. Lee Jr and Lee Sr were so helpful as were Valeria, Veronica, Neil and Bob. The different crews were all very good at their craft. The cleanup and follow up was also very good. This business pursues excellence and it shows in the process and end result.

We needed our pool redone, New Image Pools came highly recommended. Reuben came out gave us an estimate… we were sold!! All of the New Image workers were very professional and courteous. The clean up was excellent. Our pool came out amazing!! We love it. Thank you Reuben and all the workers at New Image Pools I highly recommend them.

Great company. Ruben is an amazing help with pool care after installation of equipment and resurfacing. Sales reps are a huge help when choosing tile and color options.
