Aquatic Pool and Spa Inc have been really great. They are really wonderful. Juan is the owner. His son, Tony, is now our weekly maintenance person. They've been quick to respond if we had any questions. We just bought a brand new house with a pool and they came out and looked over the unit and told us all about it. They were very patient because my husband and I didn't know anything about pool maintenance.

We couldn't be happier with the Aquatic Pool Service. The owner has taken time to explain how to operate and maintain our older pool on several occasions. When our pool sweep wasn't working for a couple of days, he fixed it and then vacuumed the entire pool to make sure that it looked good. He has transformed the pool from a cloudy mess into a beautiful space. The rates are good and the service is better. I had a hard time getting ahold of these guys but I guess that's to be expected since it has been hot lately. So glad they show up. Steven was wonderful. He's knowledgeable and professional. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my pump and motor, showing me what he was talking about. He said that the motor is going out and needs to be replaced and he was going to suggest to Juan that they replace my pool motor/pump system. So happy since Steven showed up. Now I know what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix it. Thanks guys!!!
