Parnell Pool & Spa

My experience with Parnell has been fantastic. I spoke with them yesterday about having my sand changed in my filter, and made an appointment to have it done next week. They had an opening come up and called me right away. They were here first thing this morning to get my filter squared away. My pool needs some TLC so I will most definitely be returning to Parnell for pool supplies and services.

We cannot recommend Parnell and Mickey enough! Everything has been so awesome and communication and customer service was top quality! They made our 3 year old feel like a princess when we purchased our jacuzzi and the whole process has been seamless! Thank you!

Extremely smooth and very transparent sales process on our new Jacuzzi hot tub. Mickey went above and beyond to ensure our best interests were his top concern. Highly recommend, at this point, for sales.
