The Learning Experience

I cannot say enough great things about TLE - Westminster, and if you're vacillating between this daycare and another, this is the winning choice! Their administrative team and Directors are so kind, responsive, and genuinely care so much about the kiddos and families, and will do anything they can to help out. They go above and beyond. My little one has been in the infant room and she is being so well cared for and having so much fun, and I'm seeing her develop so fast since she started there. The care providers in this room are attentive, communicate well, and are clearly very passionate and engaged. The facility is very secure and clean, which of course was a top priority for us as we considered daycare options.

I have worked in childcare for over two years, and this is by far the best job I have ever had. The Administration team goes above and beyond to ensure that they are authentic in caring about their staff and that they feel respected, valued, and truly a part of the workplace family. This cultivated sense of workplace community shines through when you observe how it affects the teachers. All of the teachers here pour their heart and soul into all of their students every day, and they are proactive as they are caring in their approaches to every day learning.

We have loved having our 3 year old here. The staff is very kind and engaged. Our little one loves going to school and has learned so much since being there. We have watched her blossom with her learning. The teachers always give us a review of the day and are available to answer questions. Also, she loves the food! We are very happy we found TLE and couldn't dream of sending her anywhere else. We have experience with one other local care center and strongly prefer TLE.
