Being treated by Dr. Hamler was one of the most pleasant doctor interactions I’ve ever had. He explains things thoroughly with great understanding. I was confident in his diagnosis and everything he recommended. He has a very comforting presence and makes you feel like he’s happy to be helping you.

As always the staff here are amazing! I've been coming to the pride clinic for 4 years now and they are like a family to me. They're amazing supporters and have always done their best to make sure I'm well listened to, respected and taken care of! I trust them with my whole heart and have never had a clinic I'm actually excited to go to until the summa pride clinic! Ashley, Pam and Dr. Hamler are absolutely amazing human beings and the rest of the staff, either previous or new, have all been so kind and welcoming, I'm so happy to see the growth they've achieved since knowing them and wish them all the best and will definitely have a long future with The Summa Pride Clinic:).

At Summa Green Urgent Care ,I was seen by Dr Hamler. Right away his kindness and care came through. He asked all kind of questions and when he was explaining his plan for my care, it was very thorough and actually right on the money. They did a nasal swab and it was just as he thought it would be. I like a doctor who does not talk down to you , and that makes you feel like you are important to them. That’s how he made me feel. Actually that’s how the staff at Green urgent care makes me feel too. This was the second time I was there. When I feel the need for an urgent care visit. I will definitely be back. Been seeing him for years now and I tend to disagree with the negative reviews as well, I think Dr. Rich is an awesome doctor and an awesome guy.

Dr rich has been my family doctor for over 5 years he is very nice and I think he is a very good doctor . I am very glad to have him as my doctor.

Dr Rich is a great Dr I have been with him for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else he listens and talks to you so you can understand what he's saying I'm going through a lot right now with my health and he's on top of the situation he calls me with test results just love him and his staff - P. I was looking for a new primary care provider and I found something so much better. The Summa Pride Clinic team along with Dr. Williams gave me peace of mind that I found a trusted source for my healthcare need’s moving forward. Highly Recommended!!! 5 Stars!! I never seen a doctors office so friendly and they care about their patients. I do highly recommend this doctor Williams. You can feel safe comfortable to answer all your questions. She won’t even judge you. She’s a great doctor and her doctor office. Love the decorations.

Dr. Williams is by far the best doctor I've ever had. I feel listened to and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I know my family and I are in good hands with her!.
