Dr. Czajkowski has been my Dr for many years. I had him as a Dr when he was at sacred heart family practice in coopersburg when he started. I have seen other doctors along the way however he really listens and understands his patients. The entire office goes over and beyond. They really care about their patients. He is great with my mother and was wonderful with my father. He really was great when my daughter was sick. He was very understanding when I became disabled. I honestly could not ask for a better doctor. Very perfectional and understanding.

Dr c has been my doctor for close to thirty years..hes the best. Great man great physician .one of your overall good guys! My entire family trusts him with our health and I would highly recommend him to anyone! !!.

I have been with him for over 25 years. He was my son's doc also the moment I gave birth; trusted him to be his PCP and never had a pediatrician. I work for a local hospital network who does not recognize him in the network and I pay out of pocket/out of network to see Dr. Tom so I can stay with him and I will not change; that is how good of a doc he is. Dr.

She made me feel very comfortable. Was very concerned & looked carefully at my Results on the chart & made decisions accordingly .

Dr. Alchaer is great and know what she is doing. I fell comfortable talking to her and she made some suggestions that helps me.

I just moved here from FL and I was absolutely amazed at how comprehensive and thorough Dr. Alchaer is. She took the time to explain everything in detail. Office staff also amazing.

I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have to Dr Hernandez and the staff at DWH Medical Center. Aixa and Elaine were truly supportive and made every effort to make sure my 5 year old was comfortable and engaged beautifully with him. Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with for the first time was genuinely kind, thoughtful and nonjudgmental. I can’t say enough good things. I know it sounds crazy but they may have literally saved my life. Thank you.

I have been seeing Dr. Hernandez for roughly 10 years now. Not many places would make me feel comfortable in my care as they do. I know that no matter what they have my best interest at heart and im happy to have found his practice.

I’ve been going to DWH for awhile now and had little to no issue's, even when there has been an issue. It has always been resolved rather quickly.
