She earned her residency training at Michigan State University, College of Human Medicine, and St. Lawrence Hospital Lansing, MI, Family Medicine 1987-1989. She finished her Internship at Lansing General Hospital/Osteopathic, Ingham Regional Hospital Lansing, MI 1986-1987. She has over 38 years of experience in the field. She is a board-certified family medicine physician affiliated with HCA Florida Northwest Hospital. She was a professor at Nova Southeastern University's College of Osteopathic Medicine and both trained and mentored medical students at the Ziff Family Medicine Center.
