Dr. Pillai provides the best medical care l've ever received. Office visits seem like a chat concerning overall health - - he's compassionate and genuine and I highly recommend him. He's also reachable by email and is so quick to respond. Honestly not a single thing to say that isn't positive - - go see him and he'll take care of you.

For more than a decade, Dr. Pillai has been my main doctor. I first encountered him during a challenging time at the hospital, where he served as my discharging physician. I appreciate his guidance and the attentive staff, including knowledgeable nurse practitioners, who address my health and any questions or concerns with care.

If you are looking for a great doctor that will listen to you and address all your need you have come to the right place. My family and I have seen doctor Pillai for several years and have never been disappointed. Even when we called them one time on a last minute notice the staff and doctor were able to see them in a last minute notice 5 stars.

Dr Pin and his entire staff are fantastic. I’ve been going to Dr pin for 7 years and have always experienced first rate care! If you don’t have a family doctor or if you just need Urgent Care services I highly recommend them!.

One of the better medical centers in Los Angeles. There IS a gentleman who calls with follow-up who sometimes gets the facts wrong though.

Great Dr. Listens to patients and is concerned for their well-being.

Typically not a big fan of going to the doctor's office, but Dr. El Tom and his staff changed that. I was in & out in about 40 minutes including sign-in, vitals, consultation w/dr, AND blood work. All of his staff members were helpful and friendly not that rude attitude you get from a lot of places. And my discussion with Dr. El Tom was great he really sat there and LISTENED first and then asked questions and then started a good conversation to really gauge what my lifestyle was like and then gave me his advice. Most Dr.s just see you're a little over weight and pin all your health issues with that, or if you drink or smoke occasionally tell you that's your problem. Dr El Tom didn't give me that dismissive diagnosis he gave me a couple of reasons why I might be feeling what I was feeling and how to start fixing them. Overall BEST OFFICE I've ever been to!.

Dr. El Tom is by far the best doctor I’ve ever seen. He’s exceptionally thorough, follows through with his patients, listens attentively, and offers thoughtful solutions. Truly the best of the best!.
