Dr. Jacks is wonderful. He explains my husband's issues very thoroughly. His "bedside manner" is great. He speaks to my husband on a personal level before he gets down to the business of medical. It is so important to me to feel comfortable with my husband's doctor. I know he has a lot of patients but still addresses all of our concerns,etc, until he knows we are understanding the subject at hand. I adore him.
Great doctor who listens to everything you tell him about your illness. Dr. Jacks, gets to the root of your problems. He is straight up and doesn't (didn't) sugar coat anything.. my family (4) of us, see him often..
They provide a normal service as in all medical services. Good service, appointments on time are open, he is a good Dr. Very good, specialized for the elderly, he is excellent, but please fix the elevator now
