I have used PXP for various printing jobs with multiple companies. I needed some new business cards recently and instead of going online, I came back. I had to make a few revisions and then approved the job. I ordered the silk laminate cards and they take 7-10 business days to complete. Once I got my cards back there was a typo on the face of the cards. I had missed this in the approval process because it was small but once on the card was very obvious. I was given an option for a discount to reprint since I had approved them. I was very frustrated because I had given a proof without the spelling error and it would have ended up costing me double to have the same cards done online. I wrote the owner and expressed my frustration and said I had no option other than to pay for the reprint. He replied and offered to cover the reprint at no cost and to make every effort to have the silk laminate cards done ASAP. I am thankful for small businesses that still know how to treat customers. I would highly recommend PXP for any printing needs!

I needed a legal-size document printed. The person who attended to me was very nice. I called when I was outside they answered and within five minutes I had exactly what I needed.
