Without giving too much PII. They gave incredibly fast service. Very professional which is comforting because I’ve never had anyone served before. he kept me up-to-date on the whole process and again he was extremely quick with the service. I’d absolutely recommend to family and friends of the ever need it which I hope I don’t. Prices was good, very transparent with costs which is nice because again I never did this before. I appreciate their help.

One call and no answer, with in a minute I got a call back. I explained what I needed and we agreed on an action. We followed it out and was unable to recover my items. But East Coast didn’t give up. I was contacted a day later and East Coast was able to not only get my items but locate, talk to and confront the person who had my items. East Coast took the item and shipped it to me that day. I got my item perfectly intact and in a few days. From being lost at what to do, to having the situation resolved with out call the police. Wonderful experience and do recommend this service.
