I highly recommend Rowland Investigations services. He was able to give us answers that we had been asking Arvin PD for the last 3 years. He was professional and courteous, quick to respond to all requests we made. He went straight to the source & got us answers in less than 3 weeks. He is personable and compassionate. He puts forth all efforts without hesitation & very passionate about getting the job done. Hopefully because of his expertise and skills we will soon see Justice for my nephew. He was murdered a day after his 21st birthday on December 17, 2017. He is greatly missed & our family will be forever grateful for his help & exemplary work.
