We are very satisfied with the detailed inspection report Dan with House Masters write up for us. Photos and clear explanations of the current state of the 20 yr old home that we’re buying were key in our negotiations while buying. I especially appreciated him sitting down with after and explaining what he thought we might want to address immediately vs what we should keep in mind for repairing/replacing down the road. They were also very accommodating when I needed them to return the next day to conclude the inspection when we found the seller had not left the water and gas on, preventing the inspection of the HVAC and hot water tank.

AEI Inspections provided exceptionally thorough structural, EMP (electrical, mechanical, plumbing), roof, and termite inspections on a property that we were currently under contract on during March 2025. During these inspections, each of the professionals discovered multiple issues that the property owners had not disclosed. The cost of these issues was quite substantial! Not only did the professionals communicate and show us those issues during the inspection, but their reports were extremely detailed-oriented. We were grateful for the expertise the professionals had (three of the team had over three decades of experience each), as well as the clear communication they provided!

Chad arrived on time; ready to go to work. He was a pleasure to work with. He made sure we understood what he was doing and what our situation was. He did a very complete inspection of our property. He also took time to have a personal conversation with us; which made the process less stressful for us. If we need AEI in the future, we will ask for Chad.
