24H MOLD INSPECTION OF NORWALK REVIEWS

Dark spots appeared under the sink and I wanted to be sure it was safe. The inspector arrived on time, took swabs, and ran air samples in the kitchen and hallway. He found localized growth, explained containment options, and recommended a simple fix to improve ventilation. The same day I had a written mold inspection report that I could share with my contractor. Professional, detailed, and easy to understand.

Scheduling was easy, texted me a heads-up before arriving, and they were bang on time. He walked the house with me, listened, and explained what he was doing. Left me with practical steps I can do myself and a couple of pros to call for the rest.

Brandon Glass is the man! First, he was able to accommodate a next day inspection which was great for our time constraints. He showed up on time, took his time (even with the Real Estate agents pressing him), and was meticulous in every aspect of his inspection.
