I highly recommend Erie Inspections! Brooke took my call directly & explained everything clearly & friendly. She answered all my questions & did not rush my call. The price was quoted up front & everything it included. Jarrod was my inspector. He arrived on time; very polite; clear & detailed with the inspection packet. He went right to work! Used the drone over my roof & ladder for the attic & crawl spaces. Jarrod answered all of my questions & asked if I had any concerns about my property (& budget) to make my home safe & up to code. The office staff was incredibly friendly and they had quick response times. Derek was very thoroughly in his inspection, showing us his findings, and explaining them as well. He answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable in our decision moving forward with the home purchase.
