David is awesome! He was very responsive when we had reached out to him to set up an appointment. He came promptly and did a detailed walk-through of our house. He has a great sense of humor and we loved hearing his guidance on various aspects of our house that needed attention. David helped us prioritize what were must-do fixes right away (such as our sump pump), things that needed to be done soon and what we could take on over the next several months.
