But Chea worked absolute miracles and the carpet is astonishingly pristine -- this is a heavy Berber carpet that seems to really hold on to stains, too! It was a really difficult job, very well done. OXI FRESH CARPET CLEANING LOWELL REVIEWS
This company is awesome. I had movers come to my home on 12/9 which was a very warm 50 degree rainy day and on top of that, two feet of snow from the previous week was melting. Despite dropping sheets down to protect my floors, mud and dirt were tracked throughout the house. I was closing on my home sale the next day at 2 with a walkthrough at 1. Seeing the bad problem, I called Oxi Clean about 3 pm on 12/9. Not only did they sympathize with my problem and squeeze me in, they scheduled the cleaning for 7:30 am so the carpets would be nearly dry for the walkthrough. The young man (I am sorry I forgot his name) was very incredibly kind, helpful and explained in detail what would be done. He pre-treated very dirty beige wall to wall carpeting including 3 bedrooms, hallway and hall stairs in addition to a downstairs den. The entire cleaning took 90 minutes and the carpets looked brand new! I couldn’t believe it! The estimate I was given was completely accurate coming in under $150. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with this work and GREAT service. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I have shared their info with friends and family and will continue to use them. Thank you for helping me out with little notice!!! Incredible work!!
Andy came, as scheduled, on time, and ready to work. He worked exceedingly hard on all the most difficult areas to clean. The company uses only natural products, which I appreciate, since I have a dog crawling around and I don't like her to be rolling around or chewing her toys on harsh chemicals. I suppose I could say the same for any HUMANS who might be in contact with the carpets as well!! :) I would not hesitate recommending this fine company to my friends.
Randy called 40 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was coming. He arrived on time and was polite and respectful. The carpets look amazing and he got many of the stains out that were bothersome. Highly recommend.
