Not only was he patient and professional, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain my options and resolve an issue I was having quickly and efficiently. It's rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers and goes the extra mile, but that's exactly what he did. His outstanding customer service and positive attitude truly made a difference, and I left feeling confident and valued. Highly recommend this location thanks to his incredible support!.

When it comes to the Professionalism of the District Manager Kevin and how he is willing to go the extra mile to help his customers out is outstanding, and means a lot to have someone who understands sincerely. Seems he has trained his Site Managers well too as for Tim who works at this site also is super professional and pleasant to deal with. I have recommended this place to family and friends and still would! Keep being real my guys. Means a lot to us real ones out here!.

5 star service when I booked it. Filled it today and it was easy to get in and find the unit ( was given a map of the place with simple directions when I booked it). The facility and the unit were spotless. I bought a new lock from them , and they even cut that damn impossible to open plastic wrapper packaging on the it so I could pull it right out and use it ! Highly recommend!.

Devon storage is super simple, and convenient storage, especially for college students like myself over the summer. They’ve got units of lots of different sizes, good pricing, automatic payment options, and super simple procedure to access your unit. Definitely recommend!.

I had the most amazing customer service. I came in stressed out and I left here with a sense of peace. I recommend this place to the entire world. Thank you Cypher! He is definitely a keeper and does his job well and cares about people!.

The attendant was so helpful at some point I got overwhelmed and he was able to walk me through each step and make this process so smooth if ever I need a storage unit this is where all the time.

I was recently at the Tewksbury istorage looking for a storage unit. I inquired about pricing and the different storage units available in their sizes. The woman at the desk, Whose name is Kathy, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been to other storage units to inquire about the same things, and I was not met with nearly that kind of customer service that I received from Kathy at eye storage in Tewksbury. Thank you so much for all of your help.

I’d like to thank Annan for assisting with my unit. He was a very helpful and professional young man who took the time to make sure everything was handled properly. truly appreciated.

Place is very comfortable especially with Kathy being a very great help, it’s not every day you find someone who genuinely cares about making you feel welcome. Thanks again Kathy!.
