I feel confident to proceed because they were able to give us advice on what needed attention or repairs, how long each system or item would last, and finally how our home operated. The technicians were all so knowledgeable and friendly. They do not rush us but patiently answer all of our questions, walking to the areas we wanted to know more about to show is exactly what was going on. Very professional. When you make this big of an investment go for the best. We got their highest package because this is not the place to cut corners. We know exactly what we are buying.

Inspector spent a lot of time discussing details of the report and areas of concern as well as provided reassurance regarding other areas that turned out to be more minor than originally thought.

Super easy to work with and loved their process. They had great offerings like their IR scanning technology to see inside walls for leaks or electrical hot spots! I also liked the option for making a floor plan. Will be recommending them in the future.
