Aaron and Matt were both great to work with! They were very polite during the inspection, while also being very thorough. The inspection report sent was also very thorough - it included pictures and videos of all issues found, along with a recommendation for repairs (if it could be done via handyman, or if we would need to hire a professional.) When reviewing the overall results at the end, Aaron was very polite, thorough, and made sure everything was understood. Highly recommend Aaron and Matt! They were excellent for us!

All my questions were answered before, during, and after - you can ask questions anytime. They also have several tools/tech they utilize during the inspection to be more meticulous and accurate. They also provided several photos to go with the inspection report to help you understand, remember, and send to the builder/owner to fix. Hire these guys
