ALERT 360 HOME SECURITY REVIEWS

I am a 72 year-old woman, and I say that because when all of the batteries died in my system, practically all at once, I called Alert 360 to get some help because I really don't need to be going up ladders while trying to figure out how to get covers off and how to get batteries out and back in. Everyone I spoke to at Alert 360 were so helpful. They made sure I received help as soon as possible, and the men who came out were so nice. All-in-all, ìt was a good experience, and I'm so glad I went with Alert 360 for my alarm system needs. I highly recommend this company.

My tech was Dave and he was amazing! Very fast and this man knew everything about the system. Yes I was asking a ton of questions. He cleaned his mess up and was out the door. He was very fast and now we're back up and running.

Very good company, great prices. Our installer Drake did an awesome job, he was very attentive to our needs and thorough. Great job alert 360, i’m glad we are using you as our provider and monitoring system.

What an incredibly positive experience! I visited the Security Options showroom with little intention of purchasing same day. Chris made the purchase process so seamless. I had to pull the trigger on this camera/dvr system that easily exceeded my expectations. Nate and Christian came out and installed everything within a couple of days! Nate and Christian were personable, clean, polite, and as knowledgeable as they come. Loretta called me same day to ensure that everything went smooth and to address any concerns I might have. I have 24/7 and 360 degree view of my house, which is priceless to me in today’s world. Don’t hesitate to call or visit their showroom. You won’t be sorry.

We just so happened to win a drawing for a free security system about 7 years ago with Security Options. I am SO GLAD that we did! We have had their service ever since. We've just recently moved with them. Glade and his team mate did a great job. They were super friendly and efficient. Also shout out to Loretta, who is also always so helpful! Love having a local company protecting my home.

GLOBELINK SECURITY SYSTEMS REVIEWS

I had some security concerns early Monday morning and by Tuesday morning Jason was here installing my cameras and alarm system! Jason was quick and did a great job explaining things and ensuring I felt safe. I highly recommend Globelink. They have given me so much peace of mind and everything has been so easy.

Awesome & Caring; appreciate all the help & concerns, if Jay had to call you back it was promptly. Tech was here waiting on me to transfer my service from another alarm company & he did an excellent job; explained everything I asked. I had a problem with the other alarm company, my alarm kept going off (faulty) & Globelink rescued me; I am not having that problem anymore. You want go wrong with moving your services at all.

We have been with globe link for 4 years & have had no problems with them. They haven't gone up on the price either. We have our acct set up on auto debit & they send me an email telling me each month when the payment will be deducted.
