I worked with Kevin at showing, and he was on time and very pleasant to work with. After the showing, RPM was very prompt in processing my application. Daniel, one of the property managers was very understanding of my situation, efficient in updates and work alongside with me to get into the unit. I thank RPM for their level of service.

John was very helpful in explaining the process of renewing our lease and making changes to it, reaching out to the owner of the place and always return my emails. He is a good asset to the company and easy to work with. Great customer service!.

They made the entire process super easy and even though we were out of the state we never had a worry about whether or not our house was being taken care of. They provide reports that explain in detail any expenses and maintained great communication throughout our time with them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free property manager. Jeff is great and super prompt in returning calls and correspondence. I have had two properties with PacRim for ten years, since moving out of state. Tracy has gone above and beyond in managing my properties. The units are well maintained, the tenants they've found for me have been long term and when maintenance is required Tracy has gone out of his way to find qualified, affordable contractors. He takes care of them as if they were his own! Deposits are consistently made on time - never late. And I never fail to get a response and a resolution in a timely manner from him, and I never have to worry about any of it. I would highly recommend Pacific Rim to any property owner.

The staff is always friendly and responsive. Any maintenance issues are addressed quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.
