We moved into a new rental home and the team at Union was quick to respond to every text phone call and email. Alex showed us the property and Heather has been handling our work order needs and move in process. Very pleasant team that Suzanne has at Union.

I leased a home for a year in High Springs through Union Properties. I had a request at the beginning of the lease which they promptly took care of. When I left the house, Suzanne and Heather were great to work with. Online payment didn’t glitch like some do. Smooth process start to finish.

Suzanne Melton and Union have been a pleasure to work with. They've maintained sufficient communication with us and have worked diligently to support our tenant needs. We're looking forward to a continued successful partnership.

While I was attending the University of Florida, I bought a home in Gainesville, FL. When I graduated, my roommate begged me to keep my home. In order to manage my rental property, I needed a property manager. I shopped around and found AMJ Group Inc. For almost 20 years, AMJ managed my rental property. AMJ has provided me with flawless service, excellent communication, and prompt payments at a reasonable cost. This week, I sold my home and AMJ was very helpful in that part of the process too. AMJ is a role model in property management. I would highly recommend them.

Very happy with my 2.5 years with AMJ properties so far. The home I lease is a great value for the price. We’re lucky we snatched it up when we could. So far, the rent has been raised only minimally per year (less than competitors, and I have checked). The team has been very supportive and helpful from the beginning and still continue to be. The neighbors renting from AMJ in my area have all been great and serious people. It actually surprises me what a good group we continue to have at each cycle. It all still continues to be a good value between the service, the amenities, the price, and the overall communication. At this rate, I personally have no plans to leave.

I love how well AMJ takes care of their renters! Maintenance request are carried out quickly. They always answer the phone in the office, and emergencies are addressed immediately. I would highly recommend AMJ to anybody looking for a professional, caring, and well managed property.

April and the team have managed my property for the last 2 years and it has been so seamless. Their communication is quick and everyone always seems on the same page which has been amazing. We are moving back into the property, and even with us ending our time with Golden Rule, the move out and re-occupying the home as continued to be so well done and stress free. I would recommend and re-hire them again.

April and the team at Golden Rule are professional, responsive, and very easy to work with. I am the owner of a property that they manage for me and I could not be happier with the level of service I receive. I appreciate April’s willingness to always stand up for her owners when tenants, at times, make requests for repairs that are not needed. Over the years I have gotten to know April very well, I have also worked for her in the past, and I would not trust anyone else to manage my property for me.
