I have been a tenant under Texas Realty for the last three years on Walnut Street, and it has been an amazing experience. Maintenance issues are always addressed promptly, regardless of the cost. The online services are user-friendly, and communication is conducted through email and text. I want to extend my gratitude to the owner with whom I have been renting for 12 years. If I were planning to stay in the area, I would have likely continued renting, especially with some updates needed for the unit. Overall, everything has been positive. My maintanence requests have been taken care of with in 2 days, and the work is done by professional people. They have been great on working with me also if I had to pay my rent late.
