We are Extremely pleased with our property manager Cassie Davis and her team at Black & Cherry! As a landlord it’s vital to have a property manager that is knowledgeable in the current market, professional and responds in a timely manner to both myself as well as to our tenants. The thorough tenant screening process has ensured that I have responsible individuals in my property, which is invaluable and has helped in securing reliable tenants and maximizing rental income. Anytime there is a maintenance request it is handled in a timely manner by licensed professionals with quality work. Cassie and her team are always going above and beyond to make sure our tenants and our property is taken well care of!

Black and Cherry Staff are the BEST! Whenever I have or had a maintenance issue, I submit it through the portal and they have always responded super fast with sending a repair confirmation right away. I love the fact that they actually care about what’s going on within their properties. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of property management and or living assistance. They are fast and efficient! The people they assign to complete the work request are courteous and professional! They identify themselves and inform you that Black and Cherry sent them. I am proud of the services that I have been completed utilizing this company!

Although I am a Realtor , I do not handle property management and have been referring clients to Savannah R. at Black & Cherry to help clients with rentals and/or property management of their homes . From the very beginning, their professionalism and attention to detail have been outstanding. They are incredibly responsive, organized, and always ensure that every job runs smoothly. Whether it’s coordinating property repairs, maintenance, or last-minute fixes, they are always on top of things, making our job as a handyman company so much easier. Their team is friendly, approachable, and always respectful of our time, making every interaction enjoyable. We chose to rent a home through McKenna Property Management when we relocated from CA to NV. The team at McKenna has always treated us kindly and is very prompt in responding to requests. We also had a wonderful landlord that we had the pleasure of meeting. While there are always things that come up while renting a home, I am grateful for the McKenna team always handling professionally and promptly. We followed all the terms of our lease and we were happy to report we were refunded our full security deposit! We ultimately purchased a new home; however if we ever needed to rent again we would definitely work with McKenna again.

McKenna Property Management found our current tenants about a year ago. The tenants are reliable and appear to take good care of our property. The management team provides prompt communication regarding tenant concerns and property updates and follows up with maintenance/repair arrangement when need. We are quite happy with both the management team and the tenants. We really appreciate the service from McKenna Property Management team.

Wasim and his staff are great! I have had them manage my property for the last year after switching from a company that wasn’t doing a great job. I’m so thankful I found them and made the switch. He turned my property around and rented it out to great tenants that pay rent on time and take excellent care of the property. Faranesh real estate is the best.

I was looking for a new property manager to manage my property. He responded to me right away and seemed very knowledgeable about the market. I decided to let him manage my house. He got his team of people to get my place rent ready and within a week or so he found me a qualified tenant. I feel that I'm in great hands with Wasim and his team. I will recommend him to my friends and family.

In a word, outstanding service. Faranesh manages for us and both him and his office staff have been polite, professional and thorough. All services and fees were clearly explained and extremely reasonable when compared to other property managers we looked at. Five Star rating entirely earned, highly recommended.
