Renting in Honolulu right now is incredibly competitive—every showing I went to had 30+ other people applying on the spot. I took a chance and applied for a unit through Marie Hansen Properties before even seeing it because I knew how fast things go here. I ended up getting a call from Rhonda Hutchinson, letting me know that the original unit was already rented—but she had another one available in the same building that was very similar. She offered to set up a one-on-one showing, which was such a breath of fresh air compared to the big group showings I’d gotten used to, where it was hard to ask questions or get a good feel for the place. Rhonda showed me a unit that was absolutely perfect—exactly what I was looking for. The whole application and approval process was super smooth and straightforward. What started as a stressful, overwhelming apartment hunt turned into an exciting and enjoyable experience thanks to Rhonda and the team at Marie Hansen Properties. I cannot recommend them enough. Locations Property Management as a company has been excellent to us for approximately 10yrs. It all stems from their employees caring about the properties they manage. Our Property Manager, Ms Caroline Mosher has done excellent work as our property manager. She has always been there to take care of our needs and the needs of our tenant. As our property manager, she has handled two major flooding incidents in our property and other incidents such as appliance replacements to arranging needed repairs throughout the property as they arise. I highly recommend Locations Property Managment Company.

My experience with Locations has been pleasant. My property manager, Divona, was an excellent communicator; always responsive and very solution oriented. She has even gone out of her way to unlock my apartment when I locked myself out. Grateful to have had her manage the unit I stayed in!.
