I'm a real estate broker and also live in a First Service managed building. I wanted to take the time to give props to one of the best managers I've worked with in my 20 years of being a broker in the city. Taqiyya Williams is a Portfolio Manager with First Service and she's been the point person for several transactions where I've represented the buyer and also the the seller. She's amazingly thorough and responsive which is a unique combination in this business and I know I can always run questions by her and receive clear and well thought out direction. She's exceptional and I only wish she was apart of every transaction I work on.

I had the pleasure of working with Lady Romero for a recent closing for the sale of an apartment management by FirstService Residential, and I couldn’t be more impressed! She was incredibly efficient, responsive, and a true professional throughout the entire process. From start to finish, everything went smoothly thanks to her preparedness and attention to detail. Thank you R.E.M Residential for helping my son and daughter in law in finding an apartment. I would like to especially thank Shpresa for being so kind and patient to this young couple . She was attentive,answering all their questions as first time buyers. She took the time to truly listen to all of their concerns. While most companies treat people like a number , this company was friendly and took the time to get to know this young couple and treated them like family. Keep up the good work. I will definitely recommend R.E.M to my friends and family.

I had a wonderful experience with the R.E.M. Residential team. They were always responsive and attentive whenever I had any questions or concerns. Everyone on the team was not only professional, but also incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. I especially want to shout out Nina and Ariana for their outstanding support.
