Patricia is awesome at what she does and you can tell by the passion she has not only for the industry but also for helping others. I happen to come across Patricia by accident and I am glad it happened the way that it did. I am in the military and a coworker of mine referred me to another agent that also works for this Realtor Group however that agent was unavailable to assist but instead of turning me away, she then referred me to Patricia. So in the end I am also happy for the other realtor who assisted! So back to Patricia. Patricia is very knowledgeable of the industry and market. She is very patient and easy to work with and she flat out listens. Hello! Darlene, one of the Property managers, is wonderful. She’s on top of things with the rental property I’ve been living in for the past 5 1/2 years. Something goes wrong and she’s there on top of it. She’s so great to work with, and really nice!.

We have been renting with Cavalierland for over three years and have had a great experience so far. The front office ladies have always been professional, yet personable and always quickly respond to emails. Maintenance has also been quick to respond within 24 hours.

Very professional staff who loves to go by the rules. Can be somewhat stiff at times but once you get to know them they are great people.
