3 Best Property Management in Omaha, NE

I've been with OPPM for a little less than 6 months but they've gone above and beyond than my previous property manager whom I've been with for two years and exceed all expectations. They've communicated all expenses and have been helpful with any question I've emailed. Very happy with their services so far.

Pay not attention to the tenant reviews. As far as a management company, I don't think you'll find better. VERY professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. The customer service is outstanding, along with just about everything they handle. We interviewed a few different managers before we got in contact with Jarred and his team, it was a very obvious choice of who we were doing business with.

As a property owner I've had a positive experience with OPPM. Their communication is excellent, and they do a fantastic job maintaining my home. It's been a great partnership, and I appreciate their dedication to the property. Highly recommended!

I have just recently moved up here from Florida I've been looking for a place and kind of having a hard time with it ran across this company and was introduced to Bree. I will have to say I wish I would have ran across this company my first try she's an amazing person help me every step of the way not once did I have to second guess what she was saying this process was extremely pleasant so if you're new to town looking for place to live don't try any other place go directly to her you will not regret it any property rental or hopefully buying a home in the near future I will be going through her and her company. Bree was the leasing agent I worked with when moving into my town home with Peterson Bros Realty. Breanna is the best leasing consultant ever! She takes the time to listen to what you’re looking for and finds the best option for you. She is also extremely helpful even after you move in, helped me get into my apartment when I locked myself out on a weekend and I think she was out of town!! She is very responsive, I have rented from her 3 times and I recommend all my friends to Breanna!
