Definitely the best. Have them managed my rental property for almost two years, have great experience with their service. Whenever there’s problem, maintenance issues from the tenants, they alway handle it RIGHT AWAY! Every time when I have questions about my property or need documents from them, they call me and sent me everything I need RIGHT AWAY. Highly recommended.

We have had a great experience at our South Torrance apartment with JRC. The pool and courtyard are well maintained, neighbors are nice and friendly and rent is reasonable. Our manager Megan is helpful and attentive. She is great at communicating and resolving issues. The maintenance staff are professional and quick. We have been here close to 3 years and are happy to stay. Would recommend to others looking for a place to rent!.

Our apartment complex in Torrance has been great to us within this first year of being tenants. It’s perfectly shaded with greenery, it’s clean & quiet. We definitely appreciate our managers, Mindy and Rafael. They attend to any issue in a timely matter. Even in passing, they greet you by name with a smile on their face. This building is definitely kept up by great hands who truly make an effort. Mindy & Rafael are the kindest people.

My family and I have been tenants for JRC management since about 3 years. The property manager is wonderful. She makes sure to keep the property maintained and clean. She is caring and very prompt when we needed any help in regard to maintenance or any related inquiries.

This property management company has been great to work with. Fernando Junior is very professional and responsive. He handled every issue in our apartment quickly and efficiently. When our heater ignition kept going out, instead of continuing with a repairman who had already made a couple of unsuccessful attempts, he brought in someone new right away—and the problem was finally fixed. When we moved out, we left the apartment in great condition and received our full deposit back within days, which we truly appreciated. I highly recommend Real Estate Connection and would absolutely rent from them again.

I am delighted with the service I receive from Kim's administration. I recently moved into one of their buildings,managed by this real estate agency and the place is impeccable, offering an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. I couldn't be happier!.
