I had an excellent experience. Everything went smooth. I received quotes from many lenders and they were all trying to push us on getting a loan for more money, with higher interest rates, and they were taking way too long on getting us through the entire process. Sam was able to work quickly and the entire transaction was smooth. He never pushed us to get a higher loan and his rates were the lowest out of everyone. The entire transaction was smooth, right down to the notary who appeared to be an expert with the documents that she was handling. I appreciate Sam's professionalism and expertise.
