The man who fixed my heater was very professional and helpful. He had a lot of knowledge about extra things that were helpful, like how changing my filter more often could possibly help both my daughter and me with our allergies, and showed me how to change my own filters, because I had expressed I'd rather change them myself. My heater is working again, thankfully. He was just very nice in general.

I've been living here for a couple of months and I love how everything is near by and neighbors are super friendly. The lady who helped me sign my lease is so nice and helps me with whatever questions I have. Also the aesthetic of the apartments is just what I was looking for and the price was reasonable.

I’ve lived at Stoney brook apartments for almost 9 years. I haven’t had any problems and if there were any I was sure to call and they came out asap. Affordable apartments in a quiet neighborhood!

I have dealt with Cedar Mills Property Management for almost 20 years. They are the best in the City of Wichita. There are reasons why they have received “Best Management Company” awards several times. Every one of my interactions with the various departments of Cedar Mills has been respectful and responsive. From property managers, maintenance, accounting and management, they have all been good to deal with. I understand that a property is only as good as the owner of the property is willing to let the property manager run it, and Cedar Mills always tries to go the extra distance whenever I have a legitimate need. I highly recommend Cedar Mills and their abilities.

Cedar Mills are awesome to work with, I don’t totally understand some of the negative reviews. I lived in their apartments for 15 months and had 0 complaints. Liz is extremely professional and responsive and Greg the maintenance guy is the best. I will miss living there!

As a property owner I could not recommend Cedar Mills highly enough. I had to fire a previous property manager for doing a terrible job. Cedar Mills, and especially Heather, have been wonderful. Great communication and they have taken great care of my properties.
