I was in desperate need of a new property manager for a rental house of mine after my last one completely ran it into the ground. I live all the way across the country and I have to be able to trust that my property is being taken care of. I went with Browning Gordon after seeing such positive feedback online and talking to Angela, who made time to go see the property within a few days. Angela and her team gave me honest feedback about the condition of the house and what it would take to get it re-rented. They have found competent contractors to do the work, and give me regular updates. I have no doubt that the house will rent quickly once all the work is completed, and I am finally resting easy knowing I am in great hands.
