We worked with William Xu and his team to close on our recent home. From the beginning, he made our experience easy and kept us well informed. We’ve tried working with bigger lenders like USAA, Veterans United, and PennyMac, but they honestly suck to communicate with. Getting a human being, much less your actual Loan Officer, to answer the phone is impossible. That’s not how Will operated. Daily check ins, weekly syncs, step by step videos, and explanations of everything when we needed it. If that wasn’t enough to recommend him, he beat everyone else’s price. Never tried to sell us points or extra services. As a Veteran himself, he understood the lifestyle and how to support. 5 stars, 10/10, can’t say enough about how great it went.

Professional, friendly, and knowledge - they explained the whole process and all the details to us and kept us informed every step of the way. As anxiety-producing as purchasing a house can be, they kept things moving forward efficiently by being in close contact with us and our real estate agent to allow us to close on our original closing date, as expected. She did anything and everything to help me get the best interest rate, most deductions, and lowest payments within reason. I would recommend her to the lord himself if he was trying to buy a house.
