I was in desperate need of a new property manager for a rental house of mine after my last one completely ran it into the ground. I live all the way across the country and I have to be able to trust that my property is being taken care of. Angela and her team gave me honest feedback about the condition of the house and what it would take to get it re-rented. They have found competent contractors to do the work, and give me regular updates. I have no doubt that the house will rent quickly once all the work is completed, and I am finally resting easy knowing I am in great hands.

Leslie Watkins has done a wonderful job managing our neighborhood. Whenever we have a concern, she takes care of it right away. The previous management company only took care of the basics. She is in constant contact with the HOA board and answers any questions we may have. We are very lucky to have her and Metropolitan Properties.
