Just out of chance, we ended up renting, and then buying two different properties from Flex Reality. Every step of the way this has been an amazing experience. From their renter's web portal for convenient online rent payments and maintenance requests (that actually gets responded to almost immediately), to both the move in and move out process, it has been one of the smoothest processes one could ask for when buying or renting a home. Our second home, which we ended up buying, we did not expect to also find with Flex, but we are happy we did as it was a truly seamless process, as they found us a BEAUTIFUL home that fit our every need! After these past experiences, we know exactly who we will be calling with any and all of our future housing needs! Thank you Flex!!

Sierra is a breath of fresh air when I called into the office. Most companies we’ve called into we barely can get an answer on the phone for simple questions. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. My investors and I are buying properties in the Toledo area and once we close we will be going with Flex Realty because of her.
