I have over dozen rental properties in four different states and one of the houses is managed by OzRealty (that is because I only have one house in Ohio). So I have been dealing with several different property management companies. I really like this company. Their communication is very good which is super important to have a successful rental business especially I am already busy with my regular job. You can text them which is very convenient too. I highly recommend to try Oz Realty!

Been renting from Oz Realty for 2 years now. It’s a bit difficult to get them on the phone because they channel everything through to voicemail or email. But they do eventually respond. Overall my experience has been good.
