It’s so easy to communicate with Eric. A very responsible man who knows what he is doing. Gives solid advises and have your best interest at heart. Selling my house with Eric’s help has made the process so much smoother and less stressful (and he takes wonderful photos). We just leave the selling of the house part to him and we are able to handle other important stuff (eg. apartment hunting, moving company, daycare, making tons of phone calls etc) with a peace of mind. He does business professionally. Highly recommend!
