The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, or servicing the plumbing and electricity…maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Torres Turn Key Property for the remainder of my years here in Rochester..and I strongly recommend their properties.. Thank you so much Torres Turn Key Properly.

Good homes, affordable prices. Great with communication and getting things repaired quickly and correctly. Will give you a call if your rent is late to ask when you can pay instead of hassling you. Also have a rent tracker to help you build your credit for on-time payments of rent, And also provide renter's insurance in case you don't havs any. Have an app you can use as well which is handy to pay rent or request assistance etcetera. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent either first timers or otherwise.
