I was having some trouble shooting problems with the processes of payments on my account. It is not completely cleared up, but Tammie Sixto has been extremely patient as well as helpful through the process. She has shown care and has given the effort to helping me get to the bottom of the issue. HRG has been the best company I have ever gone through over my years of renting, and I am grateful for the kindness that Tammie has given. If anyone would like to rent from Home River I do highly recommend.
