Copeland Architecture and Construction took my husband and I from the design process through to the punch list. We were looking to build a high performance home on a difficult lot. Austin Dickey took on the challenge as our architect then guided us through the build with Jim and the Copeland team at his side. It was a challenge, but we hit 1.19 ACH on the blower door test. The house is comfortable, efficient and beautifully designed. We highly recommend Copeland.

Copland Architecture, mainly Austin helped us very professionally and was helpful on our commercial building design and all architectural work. on top of that he was visiting our construction site regularly to help us and make sure things are done correctly by contractors. Most importantly he managed to design over 10,000 Sq.F in a very limited lot.
