All around great property management company for residential and commercial. Maintenance manager Brian always has repairs done in a cost friendly and timely fashion. James is great with filling vacant properties with reliable tenants, fast. The entire staff including the owner are available to help with any issues that arise and have even met me on the weekends and at 6am to address my concerns. Highly recommend their services.

KRS Property Management is a great Real Estate Management Company. I have worked with them for 5 years now and very pleased with their results, consistency, flexibility and compassion. I am an apartment owner so we have to work through an assortment of tenant and maintenance issues. They’re always on top of matters like tenant complaints, past due rent issues and eviction. I have monthly calls with the team. They keep me updated on everything Property, tenant and areas trends related.
