My experience with pac rim properties has been extremely awesome they are seriously committed to making their tenants happy. I worked with Jason M he is extremely accommodating and helped my husband and I find a great property specifically in Eagle River we wanted quiet, affordability, & space and he delivered! I would highly recommend the Berryhill location if I could live there to this date I would pRp are on top of there stuff it was a pleasure working with Mr.Jason M.

I was living in my apartment long before Pac Rim became the property manager of my building. Since that time, they've been diligent in making sure my safety was addressed, dealt with issues fairly, and rode herd on the snow removal contractors to make sure my walkway was snow and ice-free. All in all, I enjoy working with Pac Rim as my purport management company.

We have only recently decided to change from internal to outside management. So far PacRim has been responsive and easy to work with. We anticipate good quality and value going forward.
