Platinum Realty Group manages all of my rental units in Cambridge and Somerville. We switched to Platinum after our previous manager could never seem to get any projects done. In less than 3 weeks, Matt and his team repaired the entire list of open maintenance items which caused my tenants to change their mind of moving out. Tim and Phong have managed our condo building since the day it was built and have been great thus far!
