Ralston Team Properties was a fantastic property manager for us from 2014 through 2021. Owner Casey led his team with ease and professionalism, serving our tenants and us seamlessly. He always looked out for our best interests, keeping the home well maintained and the tenants happy, while always obtaining cost effective solutions. Casey was very easy to understand and conversely, he always understood us. His email skills were superb and his phone skills even better. Casey and his team always returned calls and emails within one business day, and were constantly aware of our time zone difference. As he grew the company, he trained in staff members well and they performed superbly for us. Ralston Team met all the National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM) standards and went well beyond. We strongly recommend Ralston Team for any property owner, whether a one-time involuntary landlord or a seasoned investor.
I have been using Ralston Team's property management services for about 4 years now and cannot say enough good about them. They are thorough, professional and their processes are extremely streamlined and optimized. They are prompt in responding to emails or phone calls. I have only ever had to contact them during tenant change events and that too for maintenance and repair related stuff. Their maintenance prices are extremely reasonable and any repairs are completed very quickly. They are very efficient in finding new tenants and I've never had to wait too long. Oh, and their communication throughout the pandemic regarding tenant law changes, tenant payments etc was clear and concise and very helpful. If you need property management services, you just cannot go wrong with Casey and his team !
We moved into our new place in August and to this day, it had been about nearly two months and Jenn is still helping us answer questions regarding the property. I am very thankful for the time Jenn has spent helping us get comfortable in our new place and neighborhood. She did a great job professionally from the start and till now. I am happy to say that Peter Carlseen has been our property manager for over ten years. In all of those years Peter has never let us down. Peter has provided us with the highest level of service while helping us to keep our landlord costs as low as possible. Peter has always been there to handle whatever we needed. For instance, Peter took care of installing our central A/C unit, we didn't have to do anything. Any time we have had a question Peter has responded surprisingly fast. We have enjoyed an extremely high occupancy rate since Peter has been our property manager.
Peter at Praeselsus Property Management has been managing our rental house since we acquired it nearly ten years ago. He helped us determine appropriate rent and lease provisions, and brought us well qualified tenants within two weeks of listing. The same tenants have rented from us the entire time.
