We had the pleasure of engaging with Priority Property Management over the last several years for a home we rented. They have a great team and Michelle Spalding is awesome. Definitely recommend!!

After a nightmare tenant had to be evicted for non-payment, our rental property was trashed. Michelle and her team were able to get the property repaired, painted, cleaned up and rented again. The repairs were reasonable (in some cases way less than I thought), and were done quickly. It took so much stress off of me not having to worry about the details. Worth every penny they earn... and they DO earn it! Great communication, reasonable fees, wonderful and helpful team. Thank you!!!

Very professional, helpful and their responsiveness to maintenance issues is impeccable! They are very understanding and work with you despite your past credit history. I’d recommend this company to anyone serious about leasing a beautiful home.
