I'm very happy about my decision to choose RP Management to manage my rental property. They were able to have a lease agreement in place much quicker than I expected. Everything has gone so smoothly with great communicaton and quick responses.

I just moved in last week to a property managed by RP Management. Laurie was very responsive and helped to make sure our move-in was ready and as smooth as possible (moving is stressful!). They were very thorough about inspecting the property and so far any small issues I have reported upon move-in have been promptly responded to. They sent a move-in packet that was very clear upfront about all the required utilities, policies etc. so as long as you read that carefully and can pay attention to your emails you should be fine! I have had a great experience so far.

This hasn't even felt like renting. Working with Laurie and this team has felt more like a friendship than a "rental" management company, in fact we are sad to leave. Any time we have needed something, someone has been out immediately to fix the issue, we have had immediate response to any emails; i cannot possibly sing their praises enough to how great our experience has been with RP management. They have been both kind and professional to us. From day 1 we have been happy with RP management, if we have the opportunity to rent again in the metro area, Laurie will be the first person i call!!!!
